Returns Policy

We appreciate that sometimes the product you purchase isn’t right for you, or maybe it isn’t what you expected. That’s why we’re happy to offer a 30-day returns guarantee from receipt of delivery subject to terms & conditions (see below).

When your products are returned, providing they meet the returns conditions, we will authorise a refund of original payment which usually takes up to 5 business days. 

Please do not return your purchase until the return request is acknowledged by our returns team.

Return Terms and Conditions:

• All items must be returned in an original, resalable condition.
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags and/or packaging.
• Please ensure footwear boxes are not damaged as this is part of the product. Any damage may result in the return being refused.
• Please make sure any returned items are well packaged to avoid any damage to the product.
• We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit.
• The customer is liable for any return costs.
• All packages must be sent via a 'tracked' service so we can locate the product if we need to.
