Returns Policy
We appreciate that sometimes the product you purchase isn’t right for you, or maybe it isn’t what you expected. That’s why we’re happy to offer a 14-day returns guarantee from receipt of delivery subject to terms & conditions (see below).
When your products are returned, providing they meet the returns conditions, we will authorize a refund of original payment which usually takes up to 5 business days.
We do not cover the cost of returns or shipping, nor does any refund include the original cost of postage.
Please do not return your purchase until the return request is acknowledged by our returns team.
Return Terms and Conditions:
- All items must be returned in an original, resalable condition.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags and/or packaging.
- Please ensure footwear boxes are not damaged as this is part of the product. Any damage may result in the return being refused.
- Please make sure any returned items are well packaged to avoid any damage to the product.
- The customer is liable for any return costs of their products.
- All return packages must be sent via a ‘tracked’ service so we can trace the product if we need to.
- We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit.
All returned items must be enclosed with the returns form to ensure no delay in processing your refund. Without the returns form, a refund may not be authorized.
